This was a bed and breakfast near the colosseum. Great cafe next door. There are only a few rooms, and it was quiet. There is a kitchen with pastries and coffee. The elevator worked well. Walkable to the bus stop to train station.

The apartment was clean and well-kept. It is within a short walking distance of the Colosseum. The area felt very safe—we walked around with kids even at 10 p.m. The shower was a bit cramped, but this is not uncommon with most European accommodations.

It wasn't a hotel but more of a B & B in a residential building. Feliz was in reasonable walking distance to the Manzoni metro stop and overall was in a great location. Not only convenient to metro stop but walkable to the colosseum (and some other sites too) and a lot of restaurants.

Fantastic stay from start to finish! Owner sent advance information, and was always on hand to answer any questions I had (even some silly ones!!). The location couldn’t be more perfect, with a view of the coliseum hitting you as soon as you walk out the front door, and easy access to the metro for visiting other areas of the city. Great choice of bars and restaurants also in easy walking distance. Have already recommended to several friends, and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else if we returned to the city.

It is very close to the coliseum. If it is required, you can go easily to Termini to take a train. Also good Italian food close by. About the service from Federico, definitely a plus… very proactive and with solution to everything…

Great Stay Near the Colosseum with Exceptional Ser

This hotel was a great find for our stay in Rome. It's within a 12-minute walk of the Colosseum and conveniently located near a bus station, which made it easy to reach other major sites like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps in about 15 minutes. The area is also filled with delicious and reasonably priced dining options, which made exploring even more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and came with thoughtful touches like snacks and a coffee maker—perfect for a quick breakfast before heading out for the day. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the kindness of the property manager. We accidentally left our jackets behind, and they were incredibly helpful in getting them shipped back to us. Small gestures like that really leave a lasting impression. We’d absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Rome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others looking for a welcoming and well-located place to stay.

A lovely, clean and comfortable apartment that was just right for two adults and two children. Extremely helpful owner who responded swiftly to any queries and provided local recommendations for eating, travel and attractions. Breakfast is enough to get you going first thing- cakes and biscuits. 5 minutes walk from Colosseum and 20 minutes walk past the forum to get into the tourist areas.
