My son had medical emergency and the staff quickly came to rush him ro the in-house clinic to patch him up. Our son also got lost for 30 min as he continued to walk ahead. Security rushed into action and was able to locate him quickly. We left a cell phone in the service van we used and front desk did everything they could to help identify the vehicle and driver.
