"All the staff were fantastic, but the first room they gave us was on the second floor, which had no sea view, only view to palm trees which obstructed the view. When we asked to get moved, there was hesitation and excuses about other rooms not being ready. When we checked back, we got moved to the fourth floor, but the room they gave us had an odor coming from the drain pipes. We were too tired to move again, so we dealt with it."

"This is a new hotel so everything is impeccable. The only downside is the bathroom. The floor is even so when you shower you will get all the floor very wet making it dirty and slippery but the staff were all nice. It was a pleasant stay. Would come back."
