"The room was ready when we arrived a little early for check in which was very welcome. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and had all we needed for a two night stay and a lovely view of the canal. There is no lift which didn't bother us with our small cases but it was a problem for a fellow guest with a big case. I am sure there is a light on the stairs but we couldn't find it when we were coming down early in the morning!"

"Access to the property is a little bit unusual in that you need to check in at a hotel first and then move over to the actual apartment, but instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Apartment is exactly as described, very clean and quiet, and in an area of Venice very easily walkable to the major tourist areas while still being very calm and quiet. Exactly what we needed!"

"In the crowded madness of Venice, a family and romantic old fashioned place , cozy, warm, charming , close to all but not too close,run by Diego and Gabriel ,who love what they do, give it all -kindness and accomodate all your needs. Rooms are small but clean, decorated in Venetian style , breakfast is excellent and variety of food given, no street noise ! "

"Staff very helpful and friendly. Very central. Although we had an attic room it was very comfortable and all that was needed for a city break. "

"Shops close by and the small gated area was so pretty. Our belongings were safe there beyond checkout and they were very accomodating and kind. "

"Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige geh minuten zum markus platz. Alle anderen plätze sind auch gut zufuss erreichbar. In der umgebung gibt es einige restaurants welche gute & verschiedene frühstücks & abend essens möglichkeiten anbieten. Ideal gelegen trozdem ruhig."
