Large room, Super clean & comfy Our view was awesome; sunset, canal, tiny church. It’s near 2 vaporetto stations (accademia & zattere) Breakfast was filling Staffs were helpful Elevator availble Heater functional Relatively safe !!!complimentary drinks included!!! "Extremely convenient location for the night before our cruise. We stayed in a family room that was perfect for our family of 4. Excellent restaurants nearby, and a grocery store a short walk to pick up some drinks to bring on board. The welcome drinks were a very nice touch! "

"We loved this hotel, we chose it due to its close proximity to the train station. We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing free breakfast that they offer. The staff was so sweet and friendly. They don’t have an elevator so that’s a challenge, but they will help you with your luggage and we asked for a porter to help us with our luggage to the train station on the day we left and that was so helpful. Local restaurants are amazing too. "
