"Riccardo was incredibly friendly and kind! Check in was so easy, and the neighbourhood was perfect-away from all the hustle, but a short and beautiful 15 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. All restaurant recommendations they provided were fantastic. The room and balcony were above and beyond. "
