"I came by myself for my birthday, on a solo trip. I HAD A BALL. Everything was perfect from the room, the staff, the entertainment and the resort in its entirety. Beautiful clean room, the food chef's kiss, Gabrielle at the front desk was very accommodating, as well the service staff. 1st time in Jamacia, definitely won't be my last. "What can I say this place was just too wondeful. From the amazing Lazy Pool to the great food options! Room was clean with a nice balcony space to relax in. Would definitely recommend this place, great value for money and great location. Oh nearly forgot to mention the Hydro spa and treatment was amaaaazing. "

"The room was spotless and very clean. However, our check-in was delayed because the room was not ready. If an upgrade is offered, guests should not be kept waiting until 4:30 p.m. to check in. To me, an upgrade means the room is ready upon arrival."
