"The hotel itself was beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. Spotless and spacious rooms, friendly staff, and decent breakfast. Location was also ideal , just a few minutes from main attractions. Many transportation options available just in case you need to commute further. Now , Unfortunately I was unable to utilize the amenities such as the gym or spa due to my late check in at 11pm (1 overnight stay). "Our rooms were modern and clean - the breakfast fresh, varied and plentiful. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is walkable to the Vatican Museums and the nearest Metro is just 5 stops to the Spanish Steps and Via Condotti. The location is residential and we felt safe, although it’s not pretty."

Our room was very tidy and the staff was very helpful in orienting us to the city and assisting with transportation needs. "Stayed there for 1 night only for our travel out of Rome. Excellent location in a very vibrant neighborhood with a lot of trattorias nearby. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel staff were super nice and helpful. Would stay there again on my next trip to Rome, and hopefully for longer than 1 night."

"Strange set up where, at all times, you had to walk through the restaurant to get to the pool. Bit weird. Staff more interested in talking to their colleagues than acknowledge a customer stood in-front of them. Made a request months in advance for 2 rooms next to each other. Didn’t happen. Restaurant menu in the evening limited and very little interest in accomodating requests."

"The hotel is in a perfect location - walkable to everything in Trastavere. The staff was super helpful, and the free breakfast was amazing. The hotel itself wasn’t in the best condition. Lots of wear and tear and starting to show its age. It was great to have a balcony, but our bathroom wasn’t super clean. Strangely our room had only two usable outlets - none in the bathroom and none on or near the bed. We had to charge our phones across the room and couldn’t use hair tools in the bathroom....
