Very nice air conditioned room, however, one morning we had no water in our bathroom and we were not informed in advance that water works were to be happening whilst we were staying there. Additionally, breakfast was lacking in a range of foods. Area outside of hotel was slightly dodgy however lots of good public transport links.

Hotel was directly across the street from the city central terminal and super convenient. The hotel was very nice as well, except our shower was leaking under the floor tray out into the bathroom floor. We had to put towels down to soak up the water. Other than that, it was great.

This was a nice hotel. Very close to main station in Rome. We could walk around. A little busy area since was close to man Rome terminal.

Although the hotel was conveniently close to the Roma Termini train station, the hotel’s rooms were dirty and outdated. There was an odor in the room that would not go away, the main door knob would not turn and open easily (had to push the door several times before the door would open), the sheets and pillows were low quality and didn’t seem clean, the towels smelled, the carpet had layer of grime and was old. The breakfast inclusion was nice but the quality of food was not fresh. This hotel could use a thorough cleaning. Staff was nice and helpful

Hotel was lovely.. Breakfast was Acceptable not a lot of choice but enough to start your day off ..Rooms were clean unfortunately our WiFi didn’t work but we were only there for four nights so not that much of an issue we were out a lot anyways.. Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall we had a very pleasant enjoyable stay and experience .
