"Our room was facing the Grand Canal with two balconies from french doors. The location is halfway up the canal, with a Vaporetto station a block away and Gondola rentals next to the hotel. Good air conditioning and with buffet breakfast included. Value for money-highly recommended."

"I was surprised by how good this place was! Converted from a historic monastery and hosts student dormitory, hostels and apartments, Combo was surprisingly modern and well kept. Even the shared room was spacious and offered more personal space than any hostel I had ever stayed. Set up like a student dorm, a set of shared rooms has its own full kitchen and bathroom! I would definitely return here next time I come to Venezia."
