"This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience.
I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away.
My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating...

The staff were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to assist us, showing great flexibility throughout our stay. The rooms were exceptional, truly beyond words. "We received a lovely welcome when we checked in and we were upgraded to a larger room with a waterside view. The hotel is perfectly located for the Bristol Sounds events and provides easy access to a wide range of food and drink options.
We booked for bed and breakfast and we are glad we did, the buffet breakfast offered a selection of hot and cold choices and the breakfast room is delightful."
