"Polite and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. But noisy but that can’t be helped with being along a main road. I always take earplugs anyway. Tea and coffee in room. We have stayed here a couple of times now. First time we stayed we parked in the multi story and our parking was paid for by the hotel. Second we took the train and only an easy 18min walk. "

"Such a beautiful apartment with everything you need for your stay. Very clean and welcoming, in a quiet area. The apartment is light, bright and airy. The communication is spot on and even though the apartments dont have a reception area, it only takes a phone call to address your questions. I highly recommended and will definitely be coming back. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie setzen sich außergewöhnlich ein für ihre Arbeitsstelle. In der Umgebung des Hotels ist viel los. Viele Restaurants, Flohmärkte, kleine Geschäfte. Bristol scheint viele Probleme zu haben: die Straßen sind marode, es gibt keine Abfalleimer, viele arme Menschen bitten...

"Very friendly reception desk especially Tom, clean rooms and all areas. We had a snack in the bar which was good. Only slight complaint would be price of drinks in the bar. But we will be back as distance to temple meads was great. "
