"hotel is in a perfect location near the places one would like to visit in bangkok. adjacent to a Mall , with foodcourt and everything. the place is newly renovated, the rooms are especially big and AC is running well. i dont have anything bad to say about this place. it is perfect for my family. the staff is kind and helpful"

"Great hotel for a one night stay before flying on. Have stayed here many times over the years, always a clean room, comfy bed great breakfast. Nice cold beer in the sports bar. Easy walk from airport which is nice after a 9 hour flight, they do have shuttle buses as well. Rooms could really do with upgrading getting very tired, maybe that will happen now that the Hyatt group have taken over. "

"Fantastic location, great staff and service. Good diverse breakfast buffet and very generous happy hour in the afternoon. No window in our very spacious bedroom ok for us added to the peace and quiet of it. Large fridge coffee maker with lots of coffee. "
