"Very much welcome by the concierge but waiting for the reception was a bit tiring. They didn’t even explain the benefit of different suites. The suites was nice, but no tv at the living hall. "

"Room was fantastic - views were incredible. We had 4 sep balconies each with a view and floor to ceiling glass windows in the lounge with the same views. Service was excpetional with lots of attention to detail too"

"The staying experiences for the few days are fine except amenities were not provided in the room by default. Laundry bag was not provided either which may cause minor inconveniences and it can be improved from what I compared with my other staying of similarly priced. Thank you. "
