The staff takes care of you every need with a smile and in an efficient timeframe. Wi-fi was not the best and not secure and there really isnt much within walking distance like stores or restaurants however for a hotel with great access airport its fantastic"

"The staying experiences for the few days are fine except amenities were not provided in the room by default. Laundry bag was not provided either which may cause minor inconveniences and it can be improved from what I compared with my other staying of similarly priced. Thank you. "

"Comfortable bed, nice linens, good blackout blinds, great shower, mini-fridge in room, robes and slippers, fluffy, absorbent towels, excellent lighting. Almost perfect. Only one flaw – only one of the bedside tables has an electrical and USB outlet. If you’re traveling, solo, no problem. If you’re travelling with a spouse, you’ll have to draw straws."

"It’s not really that near to the airport by walking, need about 20 minutes to walk. The room is huge, fully equipped with a functional kitchen. The breakfast in a Japanese restaurant is a must, delicious. I recommend this hotel."
