"前枱客服非常熱情款代，又非常願意協助客人call bolt 遇到客人投訴沒有執房和补给房間物品，例如水，換毛巾，即馬上安排員工，盡快執房。 今次旅程都非常難忘，因為是birthday trip, 洒店方面送了一個生日蛋糕给我們一家人，一齊慶祝生日，又有一次性的迷呢吧的酒水，给我們飲用，有汽水和啤酒，开我們私人birthday party. 非常开心和愉快，下次会再住这間酒店"

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very cooperative throughout my visit. The hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service to nearby areas and towards a train station, which makes getting around much easier, especially since the hotel is located a little away from the main road.
