My second stay here and honestly my last. I rated this place 5 stars in March as it deserved the 5 stars but I don’t know if they are under new management or what but the place has nosedived.
First of all I stayed to the reservation desk my flight left Philippines 11:50pm and arrive Bangkok 1:30 am. Scheduled the shuttle but when I went to the pick up point the sign girl acted like I was lying, very rude girl. She did offer to allow us to take the shuttle but that was after a lot of attitude. Upon arrival I was speaking to the one girl and some other girl at the desk decided to interject her option in a conversation she wasn’t part of. There was NO hot water the entire week, when mentioned it to the front desk the response was they are aware. Ok, is someone going to fix it? Apparently not. WiFi was hit or miss all week, mostly it was down. Again, aware of the situation but no repair, just ehhh whatever. Half the time when you come in the lobby the front desk didn’t even bother to greet you or look up from their cell phones, they can’t be bothered by guess I guess.
In March the breakfast was good but snow it had cold eggs, runny and sitting in a pool of water. Most of the food was cold and just lazily prepared. It’s clear the staff doesn’t care about guests and that’s fine because apparently you don’t care about money either. On a side note, the housekeeping girls were very super sweet and kind and always saying hello, goodbye, thank you they get 10 stars the others 0 stars
