"Very friendly staffs without a lot of suprised "

"Staff were very friendly. Clean, nice and comfortable hotel. However we are so sad as the beach are under maintenance. They should inform us prior to the stay. The kids were disappointed. The view are spoiled with the excavator :( "

"Kuta has so much to see & explore but the worst challenge you'll face staying to Bali Dynasty is actually forcing yourself to leave the resort to see it. The hotel, pools, bars, restaurants, shops are so good that you could very easily just stay there for your whole stay. Gracie Adams Irish Bar at the entrance to the resort is also great fun. "Got the all-inclusive stay for 4 nights. Paradisus was well maintained and quite beautiful. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food is the only ok part. The breakfast menu is the same every day and there is only 1 place to eat. Lunch and dinner have a bit more variety but the menu is pretty small that they can all get boring after a few times. Another problem is we were not able to make any reservations online since they showed all booked up, we had to go to the reservation desk that...

"Staff was very helpful and everyone from cleaning to pool were very nice. The pools were amazing, especially the adult only one. We tried a few experiences: Teppayanki: great taste and friendly chef, was a lot of fun. Only negative is the sauce maybe been a bit too buttery In villa dining: the staff set up a nice table and BBQ in our villa. The food was fresh off the grill and delicious with very generous portions."
