"As a 5 star hotel, the experience did not meet the expectations set online We booked a deluxed room, but it was incredibly basic. The room fridge had issues it was changed but if possible staff should avoid this things to happen, the shower temperature was ever lukewarm and with no balcony, there was nowhere to hang wet pool clothes. Dining was also a letdown. The Big Fish restaurant removed the nice fish on the bone meal that appears online, also when requested no spicy and wait staff agree to,...
