Words cannot express how much I loved staying at this resort! The property was stunning, the amenities were great, the food was delicious, but the real standout was the staff! Every single staff member was warm, friendly, efficient, and sweet! We were never in want or need of anything for more than a couple minutes, and felt very at home! A special shout-out to the coolest staff member, Eddy, who was so fun and helpful while I was there! The villas are beautiful and romantic, this was the perfect honeymoon destination for my husband and me!

It’s probably getting closer to needing a renovation, but the property is flush with amenities. There are plenty of pools and areas to sit. Our villa was a one bedroom with a larger pool and was very well appointed, quiet and comfortable. The value for money equation is questionable compared to other locations/destinations for a self contained villa. Food and dining is average. Breakfast has a range of different options for both a la carte and buffet included. Coffee is also quite good; a symptom of having so many Australians stay there I would imagine! Drinks are expensive and it’s easy to build up a pretty big bill on checkout without trying too hard. Service is really good, although sometimes I found communication between staff was lacking. We moved from a hotel room to a villa and were told to pack our bags so they could be moved to the villa at a certain time. Several hours later we came back to pick up the keys to the villa and it was still not ready. They had no idea they were moving the bags. When you’re paying almost a $1k per night, losing a whole afternoon having no room doesn’t leave a great taste.
