The staff are friendly and helpfull. The pool areas are kept nice and tidy. Its a convinent location.
The negatives that would stop me booking again.
- They dont put the pool seat cusions on unless asked, i asked once and got told no as they shut soon (1.5 hours until the pool area closed)
- To get a drink in the pool area you have to go to the bar, they very rarely come round and ask. Its not a huge deal but every hotel ive stayed at in Bali they have come over to take your order and bring the drink over.
- The room cleaning is pretty average. We had sand on our floor pretty much the whole time. They dont automatically top up shampoo etc in the bathroom.
- There was a big gap in the door when closed which meant bugs come in and was super noisy at night. The curtains also let light in either side.
Overal its not a bad hotel and for the price its great but wouldnt return.
