Inns in Ashigarakami District

Wonderful experience throughout our stay. All staff were very helpful and attentive from the moment we arrived. 1 of our party has food allergy, the staff at Macaroni Club arranged a different dessert for the party involved, even though it was a complimentary dessert. The staff at the restaurant delivered service beyond our expectations! Deeply appreciated! Thank you.

My family loves the Fuji View room we had. Mt Fuji was right in front of our eyes every morning (best view is around 7am in the morning before it's covered by clouds). The onsen is excellant too with all toiletries provided. Love the gesture of delicious cookies and dried plum snacks in the room. The only set back is the room had not much of room after laying 4 futons. The hotel's surrounding view is full of greens and good air. We enjoyed the stay and driving around Kawaguchiko. It's a...

Amazing view

Room size is good enough, location is quite close to kawaguchiko lake but a bit of walk from kawaguchiko station, which is fine as you get to sightsee the surroundings. The hotel is generous enough to provide free shuttle bus from and to the hotel. It also provides free bus to several stations which are quite strategic for your trip back to Tokyo - like for example Otsuki station.

Nice breakfast.

Superb view of Mt. Fuji on the top floor. Room was clean and spacious with ample amenities. Delicious breakfast included with the room. All staff were polite and friendly, but only the receptionist spoke English. Downsides are the price which was really expensive despite the spectacular view, and the hotel location which was quite a distance from the train station.

Nice experience and loves everything in the hotel, and friendly staff! Can get to resolves problems quickly when asked. Would definitely come back by chance!
