"Restaurant reserved for private groups which was very inconvenient. No concierge service. Room was old and had some sort of old, portable air purifier or A/C on the floor. Couldn’t tell what it was b/c it was in Japanese. The front desk people weren’t very helpful. Bellman and doorman were both very helpful. We got the club floor package which was worth it and very nice. "

"After leaving my previous stay, I checked into another APA hotel for the remaining 5 nights, and it completely restored my expectations of the brand. From the moment I arrived, everything felt right. The room was clean, well-maintained, and, most importantly, quiet. Unlike my earlier experience, I was able to sleep comfortably every night without being disturbed by hallway noise or other guests. Soundproofing was noticeably better, which made a huge difference in overall comfort. The staff were professional and efficient, handling check-in smoothly and always being helpful when needed. While interactions were brief, they were polite and reliable, which is exactly what I look for in a business hotel. The location was also much more convenient, with easy access to nearby train stations and local amenities, making it simple to get around the city. Overall, this stay reminded me why I usually choose APA hotels. It met all my expectations—clean, quiet, convenient, and dependable. I’d definitely consider staying here again in the future."
