"The staff at the resort was excellent! Wonderful service and they would always greet us with a smile. The room was fantastic as well though dining was quite expensive. The breakfast spread was decent and the resort did make efforts to change some dishes every day. Kudos to the staff at the residence! We would love to go back again. "

"Hotel is spacious, clean and well maintained. Love the views of the sea from the pool and dining areas. The toilets in the west wing where I stayed in were newly renovated which enhanced the stay. Due to its size, theres a great variety of both land and sea activities catering to kids and adults as well!"

"Hotel sans vie, (épidémie coronavirus et saison Des moussons). Nous devions être entre 40 et 70 clients. Malgré ce petit nombre de clients, le service était déplorable. "The hotel is under renovation so we could not stay there. Called hotels.com but was put on hold for a ridiculous 92minutes. Agent said will look for a vacancy nearby the amir hotel and get back to me, but did not get back to us after waiting for close to 2 hours. Walk in to a nearby hotel and was immediately offered a room. Waste my time, international call time, money and most importantly ruined the trip for me and my girlfriend. I wish to speak to the higher up of hotels.com for compensation."
