"While the location is good (just a 5 min walk to Nagoya Hill mall), the hotel needs a good refurbishing. The interior has shown much age, the doors cannot close properly. Most crucially, the water is not clean (frequent yellow/brown water is seen from taps) and needs to let it run and flush away before being safe to use."

"The room condition is average. It will be good if there is a round of painting and also clean up the fridge, the kitchen as well as get rid of the ants in the toilet. The aircon is strong which is good. The kettle is working but take a long time to boil. The water pressure is good but the water heater can only provide moderately hot water. "Very disappointing stay, one of the worst experiences. Taxi driver could not know the location and made several rounds before getting to the right place. So call a residence but no cooking utensils at all except one stained pan and one stainless pan but nothing else for cooking. Advertised that there is a swimming pool and in fact NO POOL. We had to ask for toilet roll and waited for TWO days. The bathroom floor was full of water. Really disappointed hotel experiences."
