"One of the best stays my family and I have had in Tokyo. Every time we went past the reception area we were greeted warmly. The room we stayed at was spacious and the had a washer/dryer that we used a few times during our stay. The room is furnished with a small kitchenette that has a microwave, refrigerator, hot plate and a pan. In the drawers were eating and cooking utensils. The room also had ceramic cups from a city in Japan. The sofa bed was nice and firm. My family slept on the beds and...

"Really clean and comfortable space. We appreciated the fast and quiet washer/dryer in particular to help us reset on our trip. The staff at check in we're super friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect!"

"The room setup is not good. I tripped on the bed lining at the end of the bed and required 4 stitches from hospital. Too much things in the room I booked and despite being a game room you still have to pay to play the video games. As other room were full, we booked this room instead but the coffee table at the end of the bed is a disaster. There were also no acknowledgement for the hotel as well."
