Room was lovely and quiet. Our view was of the gym and a car park so wasn't great. But we loved how quiet it was so weren't that bothered. Breakfast was nice. Room was spotless.

Not great, not bad, kind of just mediocre. Rooms were not well insulated so hard to regulate the temperature and could hear guests in the rooms on all sides just talking conversationally.
