Hotel murah di Karon

"Everything was good."

"Amazing pool for kids, excellent buffet breakfast. I would not hesitate to stay again, wonderful hotel. The local mini mart is not convenient to get to though."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The premises were very well kept."

"I was initially disappointed upon arrival because the physical property was not as depicted in the pictures. In the pictures it appeared to be surrounded a lush green space away from other properties. It was one of many properties in close quarters of others. The property was very compact. As time passed I came to enjoy the property. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. I had some issues in the room that were quickly addressed. I was invited to sit down with Yasser, the...

"Pros: Resort & Location: Huge resort with a grand foyer, massive pool, beautiful gardens, and excellent proximity to Karon Beach and local shops/restaurants. Classic Vibe & Well-Maintained: Loved the traditional style with lots of wood and open spaces. You can see they work on maintenance (repainting, updating), which is no small task for a property this size. Staff: Excellent service, attentive and warm. Room: The Paradox Seaview Room was spacious for two and had a lovely outlook over the...

"We had a great stay at Kata Thani and really enjoyed the resort. The facilities are excellent, with plenty to keep both adults and kids entertained. The pools are fantastic, there are loads of activities, and the restaurants we tried were very good. We stayed in the Bhuri Wing, which worked really well for families with children. There’s a great family-friendly atmosphere and plenty to do without needing to leave the resort. The main downside is that the restaurants and facilities across the...

"地理位置非常方便"

"Awesome stay would come back!"

"Seaview, excellect front office guest service. Breakfast was average"

"Terrible experience. The first room (5208) had a disgusting, strong urine smell, and the bathroom was filthy with hair from previous guests and no hand soap provided. They also gave us twin beds instead of the King Bed we booked. Most shockingly, on our check-out day at 11:30 AM (before the official 12:00 PM time), the hotel staff unlocked the door and walked straight into our room without knocking or asking for permission, severely violating our privacy while my wife was inside. Unprofessional...

"Absolutely loved our stay here. Pool is amazing, staff are fantastic and the spa treatments divine. Would highly recommend this place. The manager is wonderful and so welcoming."

"The resort was amazing itself! The staff was super helpful and quick to respond! The shuttle to and from the beach were very convenient!"

"Gut und sauber"

"I would definitely recommend this hotel! It’s very clean and all the staff is very kind and helpful! The room was perfect for what I needed, the bed was quite firm which isn’t to my preference but I knew that it would be before I arrived. The amenities were also great! The pool was refreshing and clean, the gym was great, some of the equipment was a little on the older side but it all worked well! I used the breakfast buffet both mornings and it was great! So many options and the fresh fruit was...

"NOVOTEL Kata is a lovely place. Pools, restaurant, kids clubs, etc. BUT, dont expect a five star vibe, it s slightly run down, lobby full of mozzies the staff tries it best but doesnt cut it. NOT once my request has been processed without chasing (porter, order, more water in room, turndown service...) . It s a good place if you are travelling with kids (avoid it if you dont have kids!)"
