"Waikoloa beach villa is a beautiful place to stay. Everything was very clean, quiet and relaxing. Our villa was very close to the pool. We had access to and did use the girll next to the pool and the picnic area right outside of the pool. Michelle from Kohala Coast Properties was very nice. "Loved the property and the facilities and the personnel. It’s very windy as it is on a hill which is a plus. Wild Turkeys are wondering around which gives it more character. "The house was gorgeous and the pool is right across from the condo. Absolutely gorgeous sunsets from the back patio, with beautiful flowers all over the property. Things we might change, the temperature in the condo during the day was pretty warm and stuffy, definitely cooled down at night though and the couches in the living room werent very comfy. Nothing toonothing to keep you from staying here, we'll be back!"

Condo is well kept, it had all necessary appliances and features a condo should have and even beach chair, snorkels and surf boards probably left by previous guests. The inclusion of a pass to the Mauna Lani Beach Club is very nice to have as it gives you free access to the gated parking lot, and to the cabanas and beach loungers (first come, first served).
