The condo was extremely dated and furnishings were in very poor condition. Towels, bedding and furniture very worn. "This is a very nice condo in a good location. The furnishings were as expected. It was unfortunate that the cleaning personnel had left a dirty towel from previous guest hanging on the bathroom door when we arrived. Otherwise it was fairly clean. It was also a minor inconvenience that they were repairing walkways in and out of the unit for our entire stay. But they were doing repairs so that is a plus. We truly appreciated that this unit came with the garage and with all of the beach items you could need to enjoy: snorkeling gear, beach towels, ice chests, wagon, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs. "I have stayed in the Waikoloa Beach area for years, but first time at The Shores. I was very pleased with the unit which had obviously been updated and was nicely decorated. It was appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay and then some. We enjoyed walking the beautiful grounds. Pool is lovely.
