"When I booked I was not aware that we wo6be put in a separate room away from the main hotel which didn't have an elevator and with luggage it can get tricky it was only one flight of stairs but very unexpected. The room was large but old and dreary. We also had sound bleed from outside so made it difficult to sleep. Not aure I'd choose to stay here again. Food for breakfast was good"

"This hotel is very close to the train station which is great when you have bags to lug, but pretty far from St. Marks and the Rialto Bridge. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Note: not all rooms have showers so make sure to request a room with one if that is important to you. It was important to us and asked to be moved, and ended up with a much smaller room. Breakfast is very good and there is a bar and comfortable lounge area."

"The stay was good. However when I booked the room I was hoping it was gonna be the ones in the picture I feel like we got the leftover rooms (when I booked back in February). We got the attic and we got a low room with a bath/shower that was hard to use. Since the ceilings were low my boyfriend smacked his head. Luckily he was ok. I wish we were able to get the other rooms. Just request not to be in this room."

"We liked the location it was very close to the water bus stop. We didn’t mind there is no elevator but could be an issue for others. The room was nice, good breakfast bar in the morning. The only negative is our shower drained very slowly and if you were in there too long you had to turn off the water to let it drain. We had a short trip there so not really a problem for us. We would stay in this location again."

"I liked and didn't like the location. It was a bit off the main paths which I liked the quiteness and I prefer off the beaten path, but it was hard to find. My google maps sent me down a couple dead ends. Nice simple breakfast every morning included but some fruit would be nice to add to it. Staff were all very friendly. Comfortable bed, good shower."
