Excellent location. Average room with simple amenities but reflected in the price. Our room was not located within Hotel Lux but just around the corner on the 3rd floor (without a lift) so please note if you have large amounts of luggage.

The property was nice, but no elevator and we had to carry luggage up 1.5 flights of steps. Also, there was limited toilet paper in the bathroom. On the plus side, there was a fantastic restaurant right around the corner, and a great balcony view of the street below!

Nice Location in Venice

Quaint little hotel but very demanding to bring luggage up to upper floors as there is no elevator and only 2.5 feet wide. Friendly staff and great location, however. Bed was hard and view was of an alley, not of the canal as depicted in some photos. Would stay again but with reduced expectations.

Bathroom was smelly. The room also has a smell. Room looked old and dirty. Horrible bed, too hard . The positive was the location , 4 min walking to the water bus station .
