"Friendly, helpful and very accommodating front staff. Breakfast was great - lots of options - especially like the variety of breads, jams and eggs. Beds were very comfy. After a long and busy day at the sights and museum in Caen, we arrived about 7 pm expecting to have a nice dinner and a glass of wine. Unfortunately the dining room was closed because they were hosting a bus tour group. Ugh!! rather disappointing - the staff suggested several local restaurants or take out. So we decided...

"Hôtel très bien placé juste a côté de la gare de Trouville-Deauville. Personnel accueillant, on nous a laissé le choix entre une chambre vue port ou vue jardin. La chambre était très bien avec un balcon (sécurité enfant sur l'ouverture de la porte fenêtre). Le petit déjeuner est ok. "

"The experience was AMAZING! The best thing was the room. We are a family of 4 and the hotel provided us two connected rooms which have two bathrooms. The breakfast was delicious. The service was wonderful - everyone was extremely kind and helpful (despite the language barrier). The place was also near to the city and 2 minutes away were plenty of restaurants and cafes to eat dinner. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend. "

"Excellent stay . About a 10 minute walk into the harbour / town, staff were lovely and helpful . If I could do a negative it would be that there was no shower curtain so did not want a shower as the bathroom would have been soaked so I opted for a bath which was lovely. Also no tea coffee facilities in the room , other than that had a wonderful stay "
