"Nice hotel and spa but room was extremely small for a couple, almost no desk . No way to get around the person seating on the stool a small table/desk except go on top of the bed. Bathroom very small too/ no room to store toiletry of 2 people. spa was nice especially the large pool and small/relaxing pool (Jacuzzi small and not great in term of jets and temperature). Staff was helpful and nice except for one lady at the spa who was not customer oriented"

"The property needs to consider better lighting in the room because it’s basically dark even when all the lights are on. Our room also had a problem with the drainage in the shower, which was very convenient when you have two people trying to shower.
General things like having an ironing board and iron in every room would also be appreciated."

"Nella notte in cui abbiamo pernottato nell'hotel (con due bimbi piccoli) era organizzato un ricevimento (pare sia frequente), quindi ristorante non accessibile e soprattutto forti rumori da altre stanze, dove gli ospiti si sono riuniti dopo la serata, con musica e schiammazzi fino alle 4 del mattino. Inutile l'intervento del receptionist.
Soprattutto, alle mie rimostranze il giorno dopo, mi è stato risposto che avendo prenotato con Expedia, non è possibile nessun rimborso.
