"The staff is friendly and the room is clean. The room is a little bit cold even turned on the heating. The hair dryer was broken after using only for one min but the staff at the reception found us a new one. The overall price and the room is good and affordable in Syndney CBD. It is better to have a microwave oven in the room or at the reception."

"Hotel location was peaceful and the receptionist were very kind all the time. There is one time children room the light bulb went off so when we inform them..the action was fast. In the standard room the heater was slow and a bit old...so very noisy during night as we need it in winter time. Breakfast very simple and nice. Wi-fi was very good. Actually, first we did not get the wi-fi access as they said it's not in the package but we manage to show the booking confirmation that includes wi-fi...
