"Clean and beautiful room, cozy pool, amazing staff. Everything was so nice I could stay whole day in the hotel. It would have been nicer if the restaurant was open but the food court of TRX mall is nearby so not a big deal. Not hotel’s issue, but the roads around the hotel is a little tricky/unfriendly for pedestrians."

The place itself is spacious and clean. Very good for families or group of friends. The location is close to all places you can visit in KL. The view of the unit was so dreamy. I love it! "Good points that location is right beside Mid Valley. The room was reasonably sized for two person. The pillow is comfy. The downsides are that the aircon is not cold enough so there is a ceiling fan to supplement the temperature regulation. The shower room in the toilet has glass partitions, there only one drain there. The slot for the water to flow however is located at the front which causes flooding to the cubicle area whenever I shower. The shower head is also worn down with having clogged...
