"Great location, friendly staff, a bit of noise from the square at night but not terrible. Be aware there is no elevator if you need that, but there was a chair available that could take someone up the stairs if they needed that for mobility issues. Overall I would recommend this stay in Venice!"

"Cute boutique style hotel. Spacious rooms with eccentric decor. Throwback to the 1960’s/70’s. Bathrooms are small but worked fine overall. Quiet are away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Great restaurants around the property and a 20 min easy walk, with some bridge stairs, to St. Marks square. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, but it’s a continental breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. "
