We had a lovely and comfortable stay at this hotel. Beds were comfy and the staff were friendly and courteous. Its very close to the train station and good dining options, so was also very convenient.
Perfect location, 5 min walk to central station, located in Cannaregio, tasty and delicious breakfast, helpful and happy employees. Great for families.
Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and train station.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good, the room was clean but quite small and the entrance to the shower very narrow,no toilet paper holder and a lack of towels, the hotel was closed to both the train station and the bus station
Overall, good experience. The room is generally comfortable and the location is walkable from the train station even with big luggages. Condition inside the room needs a little attention eg the handle on our toilet door is loose so we couldn’t close the toilet door properly.

A lovely stay. Excellent for the station. Nice breakfast
This hotel is great! Located down a quiet alley. Clean, quiet, easy and early checkin compared to other hotels and very convenient to Rialto bridge, train station and water bus area. We would definitely stay there again.
Very clean and convenient but the room was quite small, not much room for luggage. The breakfast is basic but a good deal compared to eating out elsewhere.
Clean room, on the small side but what would you expect? You are in Venice. Breakfast was very nice and tasty. We enjoyed our stay and will come back if in Venice.

Highly rcommended specially tejbstaff is very welcoming. They even allow us to have early breakfast as we have early train schedule going to Naples. Kudos to all!
Overall this was a very good experience/stay. Staff was attentive and helpful. The building has no elevator . You have to take your lagage up the stairs by yourself. Breakfast was a plus. Close to train station and ferry.
Hotel Villa Rosa is conveniently located by the train station and offers easy access to water taxi services. It is located on a very quiet street—a rarity in Venice—but is very near to major thoroughfares for food and shops (which primarily cater to tourists). However, most major attractions do require a 30+ minute walk, which must be taken through crowded streets that are overrun by tourists. The staff was courteous but did not go out of their way to make us feel welcome or offer recommendations, as was the case for our other hotels. The bed was quite firm. The included breakfast was good. While we would probably stay again, we might be inclined to stay in a more central location now that we know how easy it is to travel by water taxi throughout the city.
Very quiet area and very close to the train station. Decent breakfast. Bed took up most of area in room. Comfortable bedding, pillows. Had to knock off a star due to ice cold water in shower. Sink had hot water but not the shower.
Did not use the wifi. If you’re coming into Venice by train, this is a good option…but, check to see if there is an elevator. We were on the 2nd floor and had some steps…but not bad. (they call this floor 1 as the ground floor is 0.)
Very good choice for us! Easy walk from the train station, flat and smooth compared to other cobbly roads! Modern bathroom, clean, small room but comfortable as we only stayed for 2 nights. We are a couple with a 12 year old and she was comfortable on the twin size daybed. Had a small terrace for sunshine. Great section of Venice away from the bustling hub but still wider streets and a lot of dining and shopping. You can easily access anywhere in Venice by water bus or walking. All the staff was super friendly, they have a good system to store your luggage if needed, organized and shared directions on how to get around. I recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
