Antonio at the pool bar was also fantastic. He always had a smile on his face and was a true joy to be around! The room was spacious and cleaned very well every day! The Mexican restaurant was great and Juan was an amazing server there. We had the best time! "

"Great view, although the butler for the oceanfront preferred room was non existent and gave us the wrong restaurant info on the final day which was souring. I was also injured on Slide #1, avoid it, it’s a broken foot waiting to happen."

"Nice property with beautiful roof top pool, club area is great with ocean front swim out and suite. kids club was excellent, food was ok (surprising in Mexico) and staff were nice but had better service at other Hyatts overall. Evening entertainment was ok."
