"I never know what I'm ranking the overall stay against. The stay was excellent. I slept well, key always worked, property was great. The breakfast was sorta meh, but what I was I expecting? (I ended up walking up to Mel's most mornings.) The danish were fresh, the meats were acceptable, the eggs were hotel eggs. Coffee was good. Decent choice of cereals. Nothing to complain about. Very quiet. Didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. A fine place to stay, decent location on the Sunset...

"24 hour heated pool and complimentary laundry facilities with a room that is really an apartment steps from the Dolby Theater mall and (the nice part of) the Hollywood walk of fame. We feel lucky to have found this gem. If nobody mentioned it you can also have free poolside popsicles brought to you. So much fun."

"Great place. Very cool vibe. Like the style. Suite was good. Expensive. Service was a variable. A bit disorganized . Waited a long time for bags to get sent to room. Every day I asked for my car to be pulled from valet and when I got there had to ask again and long wait. Otherwise staff was friendly."

"The rooms need an upgrade. When elevators door open on the penthouse level, a strong stale smell welcomes you. My room with a blacony faced a wall across the street. I asked for a similar room facing the oposite side of the building and I was promised one starting next day. next day i was told was a staff miscommunication and they had none. the fact they have sensors for the bottles and snacks in the room gives one an unpleasant feeling of mistrust, not quite appropriate for their expensive...
