"We were there 3 days from Saturday to Monday and cleaning service wasn't available on Sunday so the room was not cleaned at all. The aircon wasn't working well either. The room is clean and quite spacious. The location is quite convenient in Chatswood. They took a security deposit that wasn't refunded when we left, even though the receptionist said it was already processed. I needed to ring them again to remind them. They said it would be processed manually only because I rang. "

"Was a good stay, enjoyed the ps4 and the general facilities of the property. I also liked that security did regular checks of the carpark. The bed was super comfy and room was a good size for the time we needed to stay. The bathroom was modern and the shower head was amazing.
