"Good customer service "

"Great location. Walkable to many attraction."

"A beautiful heritage terrace house in a fantastic location in George Town, within walking distance of many attractions. We stayed comfortably for two nights, with three guests each enjoying their own king bed and sharing two well-appointed bathrooms. The furniture, décor, and amenities were all thoughtfully chosen. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a vintage stay full of old-world charm"

"Very friendly and helpful staff, pool is nice and room was clean and comfortable. The area is quite loud at night with the live music bars and the prayer call 5 times a day but everything else is great"

"Clean hotel and close to many places to eat and enjoy a variety of ethnic cuisines "

"Excellent hotel in a historic building. Amenities are great and a bit quirky (see how they bring the luggage to the upstairs rooms). Staff is very nice. The Italian hotel on premise is Michelin listed."

"Our stay at the Qing Suites was so wonderful, we could not have asked for a better experience. The history of the building, as well as the Blue Mansion, is fascinating, and adds to the magic of the place. The room was superb - clean and comfortable, with a lovely private courtyard. The main courtyard, where a delicious breakfast was served, is stunning. The staff deserve a special mention - attentive, kind, and always cheerful, and made our stay extra special."

"Great hotel rooms, location and staff. Pool is a real plus. Very good breakfast and really kind service."

"The staff are amazing at this hotel. They are an absolute asset. I believe one was called Martin and there was a Tamil lady, too. They were both amazing. The rooms are amazing..so comfortable and very big. Loved the massive daybed and the bed. The seating area is great. The location is very good as well."
