"The hotel is way better than my expectations!!! It is so luxurious, so refined, the service and staff are excellent! It's completely new, it was finished in November 2025. The pool and amenities were so good! The beach was kept clean. I loved thevrestaurants, especially the sushi Himitsu resto! I highly recommend!"

"Sunscape is a beautiful hotel with an outstanding staff The food was good, especially the breakfast buffet at Ventanas and the Italian themed restaurant. The day and night entertainment was really fun, far better than we expected. I would say the only suggestion would be to improve the activities for tween kids. My 10 and 12 year old boys were too young for the teen club, but way too old for the kids club. They fell into a bit of a gap. They had a great time finding and playing with kids...

"Beautiful beach, sand , pool and overall grounds. Buffet breakfast had good variety of items and staff was amazing! Other restaurant food was nothing special to be honest. Drinks at the lobby bar were great and so was the staff! Check in was smooth and staff amazing as well. Rooms are in desperate need of remodeling, but very clean and mattress was very comfortable. "We stayed for 12 days . The room was clean basic , confusing as to when housekeeping would come and clean. Sometimes at 7-8 pm. We loved the pool option and chilled there pretty much every day- would have loved a more attentive/interactive staff (bar one lovely lady and the bartender with the glasses ) that would come to the loungers and ask if you wanted a drink/ needed another drink rather than making you go to the bar all the time - took away from that “being on holiday feeling.” The staff...
