"Muy buena ubicación, el cuarto muy cómodo, cerca de muchos lugares turísticos. Nosotras elegimos este hotel por la excelente experiencia en Londres y Chicago. En esos hoteles el personal de recepción fue muy amable y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos con muy buena actitud. En New York los únicos que nos atendieron con amabilidad y eficacia fueron Elías, Marco y Manny, de los demás no recibimos buen trato y muy poca ayuda."

"We had a great time! The only down side is the pool was closed down for a private event, so my kid only got to go once, but everyone was friendly and accommodating otherwise.
