"This is a lovely and clean hotel with wonderful staff. The only place that they need improvement is in breakfast, they really need to label the foods and those with religious or dietary issues or even vegans/ vegetarians will have a hard time eating here. "I had booked into the Nu Hotel and had a very unsatisfactory night there. I changed for a further 3 nights to the Hilton and it was a world of difference. Professional staff, clean rooms, the aircon worked perfectly and it was in a prime and central location. As a single lady traveller, I felt perfectly safe there. The buffet breakfast was excellent and I would highly recommend this hotel to future travellers."

They didn’t refresh anything during the new ownership. The beds are good and rooms seemed clean but everything else is in rough shape. "This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."
