"A special shout out to Sian on reception for being so lovely. I turned up at the hotel a little emotional after receiving some bad news and she was really lovely to me. This was my second stay at the hotel. I think the deluxe room is considerably nicer than the standard room, however, the bed felt really firm. Otherwise, the grounds and inside the hotel is lovely."

"Parking across the road was fab, discount given too from the hotel for parking. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. Room was nice, clean but air conditioning didn't seem to be working too well, Room was very warm despite the hotel rebooting the air conditioning system. Shower didn't work properly as the temperature tap was broken (not the heat limiter that they also apparently have on all showers, ours couldn't get colder either). Overall for the price it's great value for money, and had we been staying longer than a night I'm sure the shower issue would have been sorted by staff. "

"The hotel is located in the centre of Manchester within easy walking distance of Piccadilly station, the trams and everywhere in the centre I needed to go. The hotel appears to have changed ownership and its name from iBis to Sunday since I booked but at no point did any such new ownership create any problems for my booking. The room was cleaned daily and everything I needed worked. All in all an excellent trip and stay."
