"Superb accommodation. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great shower. Perfect location10 minutes stroll to town and 30 mins walk to the brewery. Best thing about this place though is the staff - amazing - really friendly, helpful and kind. Great pub serving Jaipur, which is my favourite beer. Didn't take the opportunity to enjoy the live music as we were there for rest but we would take it up next time we stay. Btw don't be put off by late night music. The rooms are very very quiet. "I booked a compact room usually these are very small but comfy. This was downstairs with only 1 other room close by. Spacious quiet and comfortable. Also cool which was nice as its unusually warm in Buxton. The piano playing in the lobby is a lovely touch "

The beds while spotless were a little hard and uncomfortable, the breakfast was extra and average, although a variety of cereal and yogurt not much in the way of fruit to add to it , just a little chopped pineapple and nothing else, the cooked breakfast was adequate but lukewarm.
