"Our guests arrived after a 5 hour journey and they called the two contact numbers, one mobile was disconnected and the other rang out, the two email addresses also did not get any answers. The actual address is a new housing estate still closed off as a building site so we believe this property is a scam. If you look at the pictures there is no outside photos of the building and the two bathroom photos show different decoration and the toilet and sink are in different positions. Now we need to...

"Free coffee and drinks were very nice, AC worked well and you could actually control the temperature. No complaints, would stay again. Location is a bit outside the main part of the city but located very close to tram so it wasn't a big deal."

"Lovely large comfy bed and good strong shower. Bathroom was a bit tired and grubby and the housekeeping left a lot to be desired. They rarely left towels and teabags, they usually didn’t clean the toilet and we didn’t appreciate having to go on a scavenger hunt every day to get drinking water for the room by filling up a carafe. I expect better for the price."

"Place is ok for what it is but what isn’t ok is the noise, people banging on room doors and running off! Get they do a lot of weddings but that should not be affecting the other guests staying there. Just constant noise, drink people and thud thud thud from music. The spa is inaccessible when a wedding is on due to kids!"

"The room was a good size for our family of two adults and two children, with two double beds. Everything in the room was great. As the rooms have been renovated within a historic building, some of the power sockets are in slightly awkward places and can be a little difficult to reach when using a hairdryer or charging devices. "My stay at this hotel was alright as it was in a good location and very walkable distance. But the breakfast is nothing to write home about very very basic there was not any good food at all the coffee was not good at all no scrambled eggs and other things."
