"The hotel lobby is beautiful and the room was nice, clean & spacious. However, when we arrived to our room there was a tray of about 10 dirty cocktail & wine glasses outside the room next door. It was still there at 11.30pm. Also after an evening out we called in at the hotel bar. We tried to order at the bar but we're told to sit down & someone would come to us. The bar was quiet with several staff on, but after 25 mins nobody had been to take our order."
