"Generous sized room with aircon and comfortable beds. Bag drop facilities as we arrived early were appreciated. Close to railway station to visit Manchester for a shop and an evening meal before flying out early the next morning.
Soundproofing was poor though. There was a very loud person in the room next to us and her laughing and talking loudly came through the walls or possibly the locked interconnected door. This kept us awake until after midnight."

"There are alternative hotels. From check in to bar service the staff were not great and we felt like an inconvenience. We stayed when it had first opened around 2024 and thought it was still finding its rhythm. I would stay elsewhere in future."

"We were in an accessible room. It was brilliant. The bathroom and shower was fantastic. I could do everything myself. The only thing I would suggest is that the shower products be left near the shower and the hand-wash nearer the sink. Great to have all the products there but hard to access from the shower or sink.
The towels were amazing. Great quality and size and it was brilliant having flannels. Not many hotels provide flannels.
The staff were amazing. Always very friendly, opening...
