"I asked for a late checkout but was told no because they were fully booked for the night ahead and a lot of those guests had asked for an early check in which seems very unfair to me.
The staff on reception were also quite rude to me."

"Lovely hotel very close to the Piccadilly station which was great for us.
Room was good and bed very comfortable so would definitely stay again.
Didn't have breakfast as we had to leave early for the train so can't comment on that.
Staff were friendly enough I just thought it was ridiculous that although check in was 3pm they hardly had any staff checking people in so that was frustrating but I would still stay again."
