"Lovely place, would highly recommend. But I think before it's next rented out the water pressure in the shower needs to be sorted as tried to have a shower and wasnt able to properly rinse body wash and shampoo off and water was spraying in all directions. Other than that the property was perfect"

"Great location and bar being open after we got back from a concert was ideal (not always the case especially in Premier Inn's we normally stop at!). No Kettle or brew making facilities in the room was disappointing though."

"I stayed at this hotel as I have been working in the hotel so it was convenience that made me book it.
The room was fine, comfortable bed, TV, bathroom etc. The cleanliness could have been better for a 4 star hotel, I also found items belonging to a previous guest which I would have expected to be cleared away..... housekeeping checks ??
The hotel also has good restaurant and breakfast, however the staff were either fabulous or terrible.
My last comment and one of the key reviewers points...

"We were parallel to Piccadilly near everything.
The location is superb.
The "back-picadilly" location might be off putting if you don't know Manchester layout.
The lad showing us the flat was lovely
Ground floor flat was slightly noisy, but once again, that's fine if you know the area

"The stay was great but the streaky bacon on the English breakfast was far too fatty, need to serve back bacon. The filtered coffee became to cold to soon. Not worth £24 per head. Didn’t eat mine as the maple cured fatty streaky bacon along with cool coffee pint me off"
