In my opinion, the receptionist need to improve in behavior especially in talking with the customer. The welcome feels cold vibe, no smile at all, the tone like there no soul. Receptionist is important as it is the front liners of a hotel."

"Great breakfast options for the price. They stocked up water bottles and towels on our 2nd day which was nice. The only unpleasant thing was the water pressure is quite low."

"No lift. For those whom always having problem to climb the stairs like myself, this was a real negative setback. No remote control for the aircond, you have to live with it if you can't cope with cold. But the hotel personnel was great, they will try to help you on anything u need."
